1. Acceptance of Terms

By using mp4tok, you’re cool with these terms. If not, feel free to bounce.

2. Use of Service

mp4tok lets you grab publicly available TikTok videos. You’re on the hook for following TikTok’s Terms, copyright laws, and any local rules.

3. Content Responsibility

We don’t host, edit, or store any TikTok content, everything’s fetched live from public endpoints. Use what you download responsibly.

4. Limitations

Don’t use mp4tok for:

• Illegal stuff (piracy, unauthorized scraping, etc.)
• Harassment, stalking, privacy violations
• Breaking TikTok’s or any other platform’s rules
• Redistributing content for profit without permission

We can cut you off or take legal action if you mess around.

5. Third-Party Policies

We pull from TikTok’s public APIs but can’t control their policies. Always check TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before using mp4tok.

6. Limitation of Liability

mp4tok is “as-is” and “as-available.” We don’t promise vids will be accurate, legal, or even still online. We’re not liable for any losses or damages from your use (or misuse) of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All vids stay the property of their creators. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, or anyone else.

8. Changes to Terms

We might tweak these terms now and then. Updates go live as soon as they’re posted. Keep using mp4tok = you’re down with the new terms.
